Overall good
Better go for 24 V or 36 V and 350 watt kit if you are above 90kgs. Li ion pack must. 12kg less than Pb acid battery.7s6p will work. Seller was initially responding but stopped answering when real problems came. Hub motor is better option than this needing only front wheel spoke fittings, is more efficient and less noisy.This kit has freewheels on opposite side which is good. Motor doesn't get heated up much.

Good, unable to get in touch with the vendor or the company.
The product was nice and working, however the charging slot has misled us. We put the direct AC plug to it and it is burnt now.I am trying to get in touch with the company for a replacement of controler chip which is becoming a nightmare now.

Before buying I was very tensed about the genuinity of the parts but once it got delivered, it was perfectly working fine and also some how i got the contact details of the supplier and trust he was such a nice man, from the details of every parts to its implementation, he helped me throughout the entire process.One should go for it.

Alert!! Not for all bikes. Plus not value for money
Its good but. Its not at all a extraordinary product or something. If you are living in kolkata ( i can't tell you about other cities) you will get same stuff in much cheaper price. 3-4k Though the company is old in bicycle parts manufacturing. But I had to go from a HELL LOT OF suffer with the fittings of the motor.Some points to be cleared.I have razorback ne.-If your back axel rod is not standard which is of 60° angle. It won't fit and you have to do something to fix the plate. (JUGAAD)-IF You ask them (GEEKAY) they will give you some videos those are NOT very helpful.-if your repair shop dose not know how to fix this. This will take a lot of your time. In my case i wasted 2 weeks of my life.- still i wouldn't complain. But---- a) its not a very powerful upgrade for the price.(Your going to spend more than 12k including batteries & Chargers).-----b) it won't back you up more than 10km . Which is pretty bad.------c) batteries are heavy so you have to fix them in your career and your carrying space plus pillion seat is gone forever.Now some money saving sums.Your expenditure approx motorkit+batteries+ old cycle+ charger+ repair shop charge= 7k+3.5k+ 3k+ 1.2k+ 0.3k = 15kNow let me tell youIts better to sell your old bike and add some bucks and go for new hero electric scooters starting @19k With more powerful motor and backup minus the hassle. Plus a pillion seat with carrying space in foot. Go ahed do your research.
