Awesome piece of equipment
This is a solid piece of equipment that really challenges your grip. It is great for building up wrist and forearm strength. I have used it as a cable attachment and in conjunction with loading pins. I look forward to finding new uses and getting stronger with this thing. Thanks for an awesome product.

Its worth the money
Durable, good knurling, thick straps, its a good buy honestly. I use it for grip training more than arm wrestling, uses the thumb more than anticipated. If you are looking to train your wrist make sure you go thumbless and cup it.

Solid piece of equipment. This is mainly used for arm wrestling training, I used it to train my grip and it gave me the results I was looking for. Recommended for sure.

Nearly perfect!
I love this for training wrist flexion but not as much for wrist extension… it’s a little slick but not bad with chalk. Highly recommend for anyone with a passion for training grip!

Great but it slips.
The amount of power needed to squeeze the thing to keep it from rolling out trumps the main focus of the exercise.I would add a less slippery pattern or something.
