Wella Color Charm Professional Toner T18
Wella Color Charm Professional Toner. T18 Lightest Ash Blonde. This was the exact color I wanted. My hair had already been lifted and bleached and a toner put on it that didn’t turn out the way I wanted it to. So I did my research on Weller color, charm toner, and developer and I’m glad I chose this product. It was very easy to use and gave me the exact tone that I wanted for my hair. My hair was very brassy looking before the toner but after using the toner, it’s a cool ash blonde.

T18 Handles Yellow but Orange Needs Something Blue
My hair is natural dishwater blonde and fine. I guess it's level 6 or 7 and has several colors in it naturally, mostly ash now but when young there was more red and gold mixed with the ash base. I bleached it recently with Revlon 05 Ultra Light Ash Blonde and came out as mostly pale yellow with some light orange and some very light pieces almost level 10.I toned with this after about six weeks of growth as instructed on the box and it lifted my roots nicely and turned the yellow ash but the slight orange is still there. It looks so much better though and my hair FEELS much better and softer after toning. After some research I've decided to get some t14 and mix it with t18 next time I have half an inch of roots to cover. Stay tuned for the update.I used 20 vol on the t18 toner job.UPDATEI just toned with T14 + T27 + 050 and got a fantastic natural ashy/beige tonal result. It is like my natural color but brighter and a little lighter, I LOVE IT, it is as good or better than the expensive blonde do's I use to get at Vidal Sassoon!THANKS to professional commenters on various sites who gave ideas especially about adding a little 050. T14 is a much better ashy toner for Level 8 than the t18, like so many pros say, you got to be at Level 10 or near it to get a good result with t18.

Never Leave Reviews, But This Toner Deserves One!
I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had to for this product! I decided to lighten my hair at home on a whim. I’ve always been blonde, but it’s been over a decade since I’ve been fully bleached blonde. While I did reach a level 10 after bleaching, some areas were more golden than others. After trying purple shampoos, conditioners, toners, and glosses, I was tired of the uneven look. I ended up doing an all-over bleach/shampoo bath to remove any leftover purple tones, then applied the Wella Colorcharm Pearlescent Blonde toner with 20-volume developer for 25 minutes.I am shook! This toner truly brought everything together and made the color look seamless. I’m so happy! I’m thrilled to have finally found a toner that doesn’t leave that dingy purple-gray cast.

Works great!!! Purchase a developer too!
You would not believe how orange and brassy my hair was before I applied this Wella toner. Just know you need to also buy a developer to use this. Amazon was sold out of Wella developer but I purchased a deferent brand of developer and it worked great. I left it on about 12 minutes. Keep checking. It looked ash brown before I rinsed the toner off but it came out just the tone of blonde I like! Two parts developer to one part toner. It is less yellow in person than in the front facial photo. I am well pleased!!!!

Go-To
This stuff never lets me down. Anytime my hair starts getting brassy or too yellow after lightening, Wella Color Charm comes in and fixes it. I usually mix it with a 20-volume developer and leave it on for about 20ish minutes and just keep an eye on it so i don’t overtone. The color turns out super soft and cool-toned. If you aren’t careful you can turn your hair purple lol Smells a little strong while it’s on, but totally worth it for how well it works. Definitely a staple if you do your hair at home.

Finally found the right toner.
Finally found the right toner. I lightened my hair from dark brown to a pale light yellow i jsed a high lift powder, not bleach, with 20 vol developer; and then used the t14 toner and 20 volume developer, and got this very light blond. This was taken in natural light outside. There's still some warm streaks, but over all im very happy.

This saved my hair.
My hair started as a VERY dark brown (box dye).. I bleached it ombré and the bottom was super brassy. I went over everything with a Merlot color conditioner.. hated it.. panicked.. bleached my hair again. This time leaving it more orange than ever. I almost gave up and dyed my hair dark brown again until I saw this product. I followed the instructions exactly, 20 volume developer, towel dried hair processed for 30 minutes after application. I washed it out and wash in SHOCK. This toner is like a magic eraser for brassy tones. It left just the right amount of warmth.. beyond happy!

Not the results I was hoping for
I didn’t find the results I was hoping for. It actually made my hair warmer and redder. I think my highlights neutralized a little bit, but then the low lights and natural brown in my hair got light red. Quite the opposite I was looking for. I use the developer recommended in same brand. But it made my hair soft and wasn’t damaging!
