I tried these pills for 2 nights. When I wake up in the morning both times I was drenched in sweat all over my lower neck and chest. I couldn’t believe it! It was much worse than ever. I threw them in the trash. I certainly didn’t need worse symptoms. I will try something else. I wouldn’t waste my money on these.UPDATE!!!M I found out this morning, that waking up in the mornings drenched in sweat was not due to the product at all! I sincerely apologize for my earlier review, for the sweats had nothing to do with the product. I share the apartment with my husband who is only a roommate, and we had an awful fight the other night. After I’d had a bath and opened the door to my room I noticed how warm it was in there, so I decided to check the thermostat. Lo and behold, my husband/roommate had it on over 80 degrees! My bedroom is the furtherist from the air conditioning unit, and him putting the thermostat on over 80 meant the air conditioner hardly came on at all those 2 nights. No wonder I woke up sweating! I wanted to let you know the product is just fine!

Not to be dramatic, but Estroven Complete is a lifesaver. I’m 45 and in perimenopause with all of the fun symptoms that go along with it. I have been experiencing sleeplessness where I wake up every two to three hours, often covered in sweat and feeling like my body is on fire. My brain fog has been terrible, to the point where I finally called my doctor while ugly crying and she immediately had me going for labs to check my hormones and recommended this supplement to help. The box says it can take around 90 days for relief but I’ve been feeling increasingly better since the second day. I’m a month in and just ordered my second box and there has been a dramatic decrease in hot flashes at night and I haven’t woken up in a pool of sweat in a few weeks. I haven’t felt like I’ve had extreme brain fog like I was having previously, either. Sleeplessness is still a slight issue but I have more good nights than I had been, so I consider that a win. When my doctor reached out to see how I was doing, I told her that I felt so much better and that it might be the supplement working or it might be a placebo, but I don’t care because I was feeling so bad before. My symptoms are reduced so the point where I feel like myself again and that helps everyone in my family in the long run. I only have to take one pill a day and the blister pack has the days of the week printed for each pill so you can keep track, which makes it so easy to use. I’ve tried taking it in the morning and also at night and can’t really tell any difference in which works better for me. I did a bit of research on other supplements and also looked up the pricing for Estroven Complete at other retailers online and locally and Amazon had the best value for the money. I’ve now subscribed so I can have it delivered every month so I’m not without it even for a day. If you are in the same boat and looking for relief, I know that supplements work differently for everyone, but it’s worth trying and hopefully you’ll have the same results as me. Just make sure to give it time to work. Not everyone will have results so quickly so I’d definitely recommend giving it a full 90 days as long as you don’t experience any adverse effects. This was recommended by my gyno & I've been on it for 2 months & I have noticed a difference in the way i have been feeling throughout the day. I was taking some other pills but I never felt any different. Im in my permenopause stage and these pills have helped quite a bit considering I've checked off all the side effects I was having.

I put 4 stars for this product, simply because it took longer than expected to work for me. The box and online says "fast relief in as little as 28 days, but other brands may take up to 90 days" - I did not feel anything after 28 days. It took a FULL THREE MONTHS for me to tell a difference. I almost stopped taking it because I didn't feel a difference for a while, but I kept at it and I am thankful I did because after the 3 month mark I am noticing many differences. My sleep is better, energy has picked up, mood swings are way better (this was a big one for me) - mentally I just feel so much better. I still have some anxiety and night sweats, but I can tell it has improved somewhat.So if you have tried taking this or want to try this, and after 1 month have not felt a difference, I encourage you to try it for a full three months, it made a world of difference for me.

Omg! This changed my life! I thought I’d try this. The reviews made me hopeful. It worked after 2 weeks. It’s been a month now and I couldn’t be happier. I think it’s also helping with weight loss. I didn’t have many hot flashes - it was more like an overall sensitivity to heat. I feel normal again now after taking this. It’s worth the money. Sleep is better too because I’m not waking up feeling like a furnace. Give it a try!

I bought product a month ago, it Definitely took the hot flashes and night sweats away within a week. But as I continued using it, I noticed my blood pressure was higher and my ankles were swollen and I had sore breast. I saw a review posted here about the high blood pressure and she was right! So if you have high blood pressure this product is not for you unfortunately.

A few months ago, I started having pains in my hip bones. I thought I slept on the wrong side, or I didn't do enough exercise. The pain started getting worse to the point that I had a hard time walking. Some posts showed up on my Facebook telling me that the pain might be part of menopause symptoms. I ordered this supplement. After taking it, the pain has gone in 3 days. It's a lifesaver!

I was skeptical, but this works. It took a couple weeks of consistent use, but I just realized that I’m sleeping better and my hot flashes have all but stopped. I don’t know as I have more energy, but it doesn’t matter—I’m just glad to have this much relief, and I’m optimistic that the other symptoms will resolve with time. I hope I don’t have the experience that others did, wherein it suddenly stops working, but for now it’s a huge relief to be able to sleep well.
