A Promising Product, has definitely worked for me
I follow palak notes and her pieces of advice for the betterment of my health. I got to know about this particular product by palak notes and I thought of giving it a try and to my astonishment its really doing wonders to my body. It's like a health supplement. the changes m noticing after having it twice daily since a week now are 1. high energy in the morning 2. fatigue in day time office hours has considerably decreased 3. also backaches while PMSing has also reduced considerably. As of now, these are the significant changes I have been observing and I m hoping to get benefitted further as I continue to use these chewable tablets. It has worked for me guys. Depends upon person to person and also body type. So I would suggest to take this as a health supplement and not substitute for anything.

Don’t waste your Money.
I am normally using GNC products. After watching a podcast of palak I got inspired to buy indian brand, but now I am regretting my purchase. Product is doing nothing on my body. All Miduty products are overpriced. I am using Wellness products from long. Mostly Miduty products are in capsules. They are doing good branding. I don’t know how they are succeeding in fooling people. Quality product is below average with zero results. You can see a video of Mr. Prashant Desai about this.

I had tingling sensation in my hands and numbness sometimes. Started taking Palak's B12 supplements and dwelling much better. Energy levels are good, font feel sleepy after lunch as I take 2 chews after lunch! Being a vegetarian, taking a good bioabsorbable b12 is a must. Palak's B12 supplement is highly recommended
