No warranty support.Amazon has 10 days return policy. This product on 11th day stopped working and then no support given from Amazon and from Butterfly . If product is faulty then impossible to get it okay. You can try chasing but no support will be available.Not recommending anyone to use it.

Useless kettle not working with 7 days after receiving. I booked this product from Amazon 22-2-2020 and received 28-2-2020. And after using it 7 days it's not heating only light on. When I try to return days time of 5 march day time than it starts asking bank details and while at night time when I tried to return it show's time over for return....

Really bad product.. last six months, it stopped many times snd after complaining at customer care, their engineer comes and replace the on-off switch .. presently it is in warrantee so they are replacing free of charge basis but after that I have to pay visit and switch charges.. Engineer told me that if we want to avoid this then we should not wait for auto cut.. I did that also but problem remain same.. willNot recommend any body to buy this model..

It's definitely easy to use and easy to clean but not sustainable at all. I had purchased two of these products, one sometime back (may be a year or so) another in Nov 20. Surprisingly, in both the case the connection with base gets disconnected. There is a contact point in the base on which the upper part gets connected when we place the upper part on the base. That part in base gets inside due to either very poor quality material or some fault in design. So, after sometime the unit stops functioning. The base needs to be opened and that part to be brought in position to make the unit in operation. This issue is with both the kettle. Disgusting. Who is going to bother for 600-700 /- item. But I feel it is better to be mentioned so others take a note.

I bought this product because it was branded and priced just above the local brands. And I was ok to pay even 20-30% more better product because one does not buy electric kettle every month, it's one time purchase.But this product seems to work just like other local products. I miss the brand quality we expect from inalsa. The boiling steam comes out even from cap and electric switch, that means it's not insulated properly from inside.

The Product was good as long as it worked. I have raised a complaint on April 27th 2021 that my Kettle is not working any more. They have taken the complaint and no response after that even after 45 days. They never bother to call me or update the status. Every time I call the customer Care they say sorry and will call back in an hour. But never ever go a call back from them. My sincere advise to people who wanted a good after service please dont go for this Brand.

This 1.8liter kettle comes at a good price point and the build quality is good. Simple and easy to use but the auto cutoff is not kicking in even if the water inside the kettle becomes hot in a minute.Wide mouth is certainly a plus1.8L getting heated up in just 1 or 2mins ... saves lot of time.
