Polaris Sportsman 450 570 Quick Release Dzus Fastener Side Panel Hardware Kit

What a great product! These fasteners were super easy to install and function great. It actually took me longer to find my rivet gun than it did to drill and install these. Just a hint, watch the YouTube installation video first and you can't go wrong. It's actually one of the handiest products I've installed on my ATV. Simple quality! Now I can access the oil dipstick easily without grinding the heads off of the OE fasteners. As a side note these were installed on a 2018 Polaris Sportsman 570 SP Hunter Edition.

Hate taking off your side panels to do maintenance? Buy these!!!! 15 minutes to install. So much easier to do work. Great company I called them, no robots answering the phone and they had all the answers right away.

Used this on my 2014 570 Touring. Makes for easy left side panel removal but right side still has 1 bolt towards the front-not a big deal. A bit pricy for what it is but works as described. I rotated the piece that rivets onto bike 90 degrees so that fastener handle would fold towards the rear of bike and sit nicely in the recessed area - directions want them to fold downward, but this orientation would have not allowed them to fold all the way into recess and be out of the way- maybe it’s different on my model- but I mocked it up before doing any drilling so I avoided that disappointment. Great customer service as well - kit was missing 1 small washer so they sent me a bunch of extra parts.

These work well to replace the clunky plastic rivets that never seem to want to come apart without being ruined. The new connectors make removing and re-installing the bodywork on my Polarus Sportsman easy.

So where to start. When marking where to drill for rivets, the bracket wobbles so none of the hole match up. You'd be better including a template or something like that. The brackets are a bit too far for the fasteners to reach, so I had to bend them a bit to work. Overall the thought is great but the end product isn't that great

Easy to install and a great upgrade from the plastic inserts. Can have my panels off fast!!

These came a day earlier than expected. Fairly easy to install -- I turned them 90 degrees from what the instructions show so that the pull ring/handle fits in the recess of the side panel on my 2014 Sportsman 570 Touring (this idea came from another review on Amazon).
