For the price, cannot be beat. Good range throughout my Bass (22 frets). Not muddy at all. Some precision tuning on an EQ may help work out the few kinks this pickup has.I did pull it out of my bass, as I want a warmer pickup, and this is hot. I did put it in a Thermometar (outdoor thermometer, turned into a slide guitar) and it sounds great also!
