Disappointing quality, waste of money!Frame is a standard off shelf frame you could buy at ikea for third of the price, not great. Doesn’t have glass, just cheap perspex sheet. Mount card is not weighted at bottom and was cut with a blunt blade so the window edge is all torn and chewed up.

The mitred joints on this frame were very poor, gaps on all four corners, I contacted their customer service, but have had no reply.

Really impressed by the quality of this frame. For the price, I think its excellent value. It's perspex, not glass fronted, which I didn't expect, probably because I didn't read the item description properly. However it's not cheap, flimsy perspex and considering I dropped the entire frame, I'm really pleased it wasn't glass.

Even if the delivery was planned for 10 days, the seller made possible to get in less than 5 as they were closed during the weekend. If I made my order during the weekend, it would probably have taken less. Everyone has been extremely polite, friendly and helpful, even when I had to change the frame measurements. Best customer service I've ever had!And the quality of the frame is really good, expecially since it's customized for each order. The class was automatically plastic, but for the price and the quality it was fine to me!
