Great cake tool. I really only use it for cake decorating and this changed the game for me (along with swiss merengue buttercream....) Perfect for very straight edges and large enough to frost a double layer 8 inch cake with lots of extra room

I have tried all kinds of cake scrapers, acrylic and metal, and this has hands down given me the best finish. I love the length of it, it’s lightweight, and super easy to work with.

It is of good quality material but I feel as if the edge feels smoother on one side than the other so in other words as it it has a back and a front if that makes sense. It’s still works well specially when you use it warm. The sides are so shiny you can see your reflection on it. It’s lighter than my short and long scrapers and in between in therms of length compared to my 12” and my 6”bench scraper.

This scraper is so awesome when decorating cakes. So easy to work with and create smooth sides.
