Already provided much relief to my elbow pain while bowling and golfing. Easy to put on, easy to remove. I alternate between this and an elbow sleeve and my pain and discomfort before, during and after activity has noticeably decreased.

I am a petite woman, and one size fits all don't work for me. The small size in this elbow strap fits perfectly. The quality is excellent, and, it is working!! I have had tennis elbow going on 3 months. Finally, I'm getting some relief.

I'd apparently been wasting healing time using compression sleeves for my tendinitis. It wasn't getting much better and pain in use was the same with or without a sleeve. This brace effectively put pressure & restriction on the muscles of the forearm. It was easier to exercise, upward pressure on the arm had much less pain and I feel the tendons recovered much quicker after using this.

I've had golfers elbow, or tennis I'm not sure which one is the inside of your arm, for some time now and it's hurt during bicep or tricep exercises. This has immensely helped and it is really not in the way at all during my lifts. Soft material, and the velcro works fine. Just make sure you don't leave the velcro hook side open in your bag or it will latch on to something.

Overall this product helped me with my pain but if you use it to exercise it does not last long. In about a months time the velcro has stopped working well enough to use during exercise.

I bought this brace so I could wash the other one a physical therapy clinic sold me, but I ended up liking this one better than my original one. It fits just as good and stops the pain of tennis elbow. It is much easier to fasten than the ones with multiple straps. After a few months of use, the Velcro is failing and won't stay fastened. I wish these companies would realize (or care) that women and men do not have the same size arms. My arm measures 8 and half inches around where I wear this brace. The small/medium is too large and slips a lot when I wear it. Please just make a small, medium and large!
