Worth every penny!
One of my work colleagues suggested these to me as I work in a busy office and her partner had given her a set from his previous employer. I was optimistic about spending £70 on a headset for work but after multiple issues with using my current headset provided I thought it would only benefit me to try! I must say the noise cancellation is amazing! And the speed of delivery was fab! Ordered Saturday I think or maybe Sunday and arrived today! (Tuesday) I will now be purchasing two more pairs for my team so we can all work in comfort!!

Sound Quality is really good, Comfort not so much
After being recommended this headset whilst working from home, I ordered these. The audio quality is great and works well for MS Teams calls. Comfort is nice but for people with slightly larger heads like mine, the earpieces start to dig into my head during longer calls and i feel like i need to readjust it to get a comfortable area. The comfort of these are far better than the previous generation of this headset where there was no comfort on the headband section. I will keep using these though as can get used to where i need to put the earpieces.

Top product
Quite brilliant. It looks great. It communicates with desktop and laptop with minimal input from you. Even when you click on the little speaker icon on your Windows screen the PC overrides the controls on the arm of the headphones and you can easily alter the volume that way. The sound is superb. Lots of forthcoming Zoom meetings lined up for me.The headphone set is now my default for both sound and microphone on Zoom. The webcam which I have is still in use. The lack of good microphone audio within the webcam now can be forgotten - AND others in the Zoom meetings will be able to hear me. Delighted on all counts.

They're fine - do their job, a little tight on the head and some other niggles
I would neither recommend for or against.Plus side - They sound good for a work headset. The sound is also fine for those who listen to music while working. The microphone quality is good. And, lastly, I like that the buttons (action, sound and MS button) are on the headset so I don't have to go looking for that remote control in the middle of the wire like my old Jabra Evolve 20.Minus - The ergonomics are so-so. For one, the microphone only works on the right hand side which may require a reorientation of your desk (the Evolve 20 microphone can rotate enough to work on both sides). The microphone is short and angled close to the face so it can rub against your face. The wire is shorter than the Jabra Evolve 20 so the wire gets in the way of other equipment on my desk. The shortness of the wire also means it may not be suitable if your laptop/desktop/thin client is a little away from you. The wire transmits a vibration type noise to the headset if the wire rubs against you so it makes a distracting sound each time I turn my head.Overall, I am keeping it but would get something else if I was back at the start of the ordering process (it's not so bad to go to the bother of returning it, finding an alternative and waiting on delivery).

Infuriating. Do NOT buy.
These are really nicely padded and connect easily. Those are the positive things. However, these are infuriating due to three factors. DO NOT BUY.1. They are ill-fitting and slip off very easily. I am baffled by the fact that these are marketed as 'noise-cancelling' as they absolutely do not cancel noise.2. The WORST, most insane design decision: the narration of 'Muted/Unmuted'. I of course use these headphones for work, and having 'Unmuted' loudly in my ears just as I'm planning to speak is distracting and can make me lose my train of thought. I can't imagine this feature has ever been useful for anyone and it's a pain to have to research how to turn this off.3. Being able to mute/unmute ONLY by raising and lowering the microphone.

Let down by mic
Working from home, both myself and my wife are often on calls at the same time. Callers often remark that they struggle to hear me as my wife (sitting 6 ft away) is coming through as clearly as I am.The noise cancelling mic just doesn't do the job at all. Given that it is on a boom and sits inches from my mouth, it surely isn't too much to ask for it to ignore noises from elsewhere in the room.Mic aside, the sound quality in the earphones is good/very good. The headset is comfortable to wear for long periods. However another downside is having to physically move the mic to mute, rather than a button on the headset or cable. This may be a pro for some, but it is annoying for me.So overall, not great and I'll probably look elsewhere for a new headset.
