Have had a Fintie cover on my Kindle for 10 years. It was just plumb wore-out. Still worked just fine, but looked scruffy from my hands holding it for thousands of hours. So I have just bought this replacement cover. Another Fintie. Looks beautiful. Has the easel stand and the handhold, so it's much improved over the old cover. Installation is just as quick and easy as with the old cover. All the benefits of the old cover together with additional design features and better materials in the new cover. That's a real two-fer. This is a great case. Got tired of losing my kindle in chairs etc. This can stand up on a desk or table. You can also use the elastic band to hold your kindle comfortably. Light weight case and attractive.

-I am a bit of a cover/case addict (snob!) I have tried many (many) styles of covers and cases for my older kindle. My husband bought me a new kindle for Christmas and got the same cover that I had on my old one. Yet while I like the looks of that case...it wasn’t perfect...so I ordered this one in Antique Brown. (I mention the other case because I reference it in the pics for color comparison.)-This case exterior looks like my previous one, but it also has the additional hand strap/stand. I didn’t really see myself using the credit card holder; but loved the hand strap and stand option. I was afraid this would make the cover too bulky & difficult to close properly, but I am happy to report that the bulkiness that I had feared was not an issue at all! (As a pleasant bonus, I found myself utilizing the credit card pocket to safely secure & store my hotel room key.)-The leather is much softer than my previous cover and is easy to hold. The stitching is perfect and the cover appears to be well made. The cover is beautiful and It looks elegant and sophisticated.-My only negative (if I have to have one) is the color. There is only one option for brown leather and it is more of an “orange brown” than a true rich leather brown.*Note: I will NOT be returning this cover nor reducing any stars because of the color. It certainly is not a deal breaker. The description did not mislead me, I just would have preferred the darker rich brown color.-It is a beautiful and I truly LOVE this kindle cover....It is perfect!

I like the feel and look of this cover. It also appears to be made of good material and should last awhile. As the description notes: there is a strap that is useful for when I am using the treadmill and reading as well as magnet that allows for the automatic power option (although I always turn my kindle off before closing anyway). My only complaint is that there is a slight sideways skew to the cover when the stand is being used, so I end up reading with my head slightly tilted to one side.

This case is very well made and does everything as expected. My kindle fits inside perfectly, the magnetic opening turns my kindle on and off, the stand in the back is nice and sturdy, and the design is exactly as pictured in the description. I love this case and highly recommend it!

I bought a 7th gen Paperwhite a month shy of 6 years ago when it first came out. I picked up the Amazon Kindle leather case that feels like vinyl. It was lightweight and did a great job until it got older. The case developed a crack near a corner and the Kindle would pop out if you dropped it.That Paperwhite was starting to have some issues that it would reset out of the blue when reading sporadically. I figured I would trade it in before it was in no condition to do so.I have had my new 10th gen Paperwhite and this cover for almost a week now. I like it so much better than the Amazon brand one. You slide the Kindle into the cover and it is held in place with velcro. There is no way the Kindle will pop out or come out of this case. It is as secure as you could ask for.Open or closed the corners are protected if you drop it. Short of catching a corner of furniture directly on the screen, which could happen to almost all cases, this is a great protective option.I wish the leg you pull out to stand up the device went further away from the cover to give more of an angle to read by. That is a personal preference, not a design flaw. The stand works as advertised and is sturdy enough to poke and swipe the screen while using it.The strap on the back is situated to work with the left hand. I would prefer it was on the other side so I could use it right-handed and still turn the page with that hand. That is the reason I gave the category "Easy to hold" 4 stars instead of 5.Even with those 2 personal preferences I would changes I would have liked to have made this is easily a must buy IMO. It is cheaper than the Amazon Kindle case products and provides more security to stay in the case and protection overallTL;DR Kindles is tightly secured to cover, great protection, stand delivers. Best choice I've seen of Kindle covers.
