So I honestly didn’t have an issue with these didn’t actually see any difference in skin after taking for two months however! I started to develop knots (one of the knots/nodule is bluish in color-see photo) in my hand and went to the hand/foot doctor who said this is from a build up of collagen called Dupuytren's contracture….WHAT!!! So I was advised to instantly stop taking these pills.

The best I've ever taken. They really work. As an extra benefit that I wasn't expecting, they stopped my hair from falling out and thinning so much. My hair had started thinning quite a bit before I started taking these vitamins. And as a bonus that I wasn't expecting, these vitamins actually put a large stop to my hair thinning and there actually seems to be quite a bit of new hair growth as well. I originally started taking them for my skin & nails. My nails use to be very very thin and are now extremely strong and much thicker than they use to be. You will have to take them for a month or 2 & everyday to see the results, but they will be results that you can actually see over time. So worth it!!
