I wear gloves to protect my hands in outdoor work, to protect from water and chemicals, from abrasion, but my skin was needing something that it wasn't getting that this cream provided.

Can’t say enough good things about OKeefes products. Been working outside on the east coast since my teens. I’m 70 now and so grateful for this product. The first time I used it someone I didn’t even know handed me the traditional tin and told me to keep it. I tried it that afternoon and was completely blown away when one day later the split skin on my finger tips no longer hurt and two to three days later the cracks were healing or healed. I never go out in the cold without it and you don’t have to overdo it. Usually one or two applications a day is all you need.

Let me tell you something. This stuff is the real deal and is worth every penny. My hands before using this product looked like something out of a zombie horror movie or video game. I tried goldbond and other moisterizers and nothing ever helped. I was suffering from dry hands for years. Flaky and painful and horrible looking, I knew after years of suffering that there had to be a way to make my hands better. The dermetologist I went to in 2023 reconmended this for my hands and let me tell you, using this product twice a day for a week, I immediatly had full clear hands and my hands have never dried up as severe as they were before using this product.My son was also suffering this winter from dry hands and they looked just as bad as mine did and now they are clear t in a week also.I would never buy anything that relates to curing or helping dry skin other than this product and brand ever again.

Great for those who wash their hands a lot & use hand sanitizers. I had cracks at the sides of my fingers that were bleeding. After just a couple of days, they were almost completely healed. Now I keep it with me at work and use it frequently throughout the day to prevent getting more cracks.
