Q: Does this remove the hard white water stains on black paint?

A good quality rubbing compound is typically the best solution for hard water spots which are mostly calcium.

Q: Does this come with a spray nozzle?

I ordered 2 bottles from river colony trading but shipped through Amazon and neither bottle came with a nozzle sprayer. Neither RCT or Amazon could issue me a nozzle sprayer due to packaging reasons. Now I have 2 bottles and no sprayer.
