I was shocked. This stuff came of wonderfully.I had on waterproof Maybelline mascara black.I picked up the round makeup pad ; put some of this stuff on it patted it on my eye and then left the pad it and lightly pressed for about 10 seconds and then wiped it off and it came off with no problem and my eyelashes stayed on. I’m over 62 so lashes can come off easily.

Works better than anything else I have tried to remove waterproof mascara. It still doesn't get it all off, but nothing else I have tried works better. I'll keep looking, but for now this is my go to remover. It did take two weeks to get as it is from an affiliate, not Amazon warehouse product.

I honestly always struggle to take off my waterproof mascara. I have tried melting balms, makeup wipes, cleansing oils you name it and nothing would help take off stubborn mascara and then I stumbled upon this product. I just put some on a cotton pad leave it on my eye for 2 or 3 minutes and it melts everything off. It doesn’t irritate my eyes or anything I cannot recommend enough.

Most importantly NO SAFETY SEAL. I have no way of knowing if this bottle has been contaminated. There is no way I’m using something on my eyes that doesn’t have a safety seal. On top of that the bottle I received does not look like the advertised product. Only 4 English words and none of them indicate this is for the eyes, which is specifically what I wanted. Very disappointed and would not recommend as you will waste you’re own valuable time having to ship this back for a refund.
