I went to the dermatologist for an issue, but when she saw my hands she was shocked. She told me to try this and that and this over priced stuff that may or may not work at all…blah, blah…my hands are extra super dry with cracks and my palms are like sandpaper from having them in cleaning solutions for a pretty big portion of the day. So I knew I had some O’Keefes’s for hands and feet, knowing I would get amazing results quickly-I get lazy when it comes to moisturizing every time I wash my hands-I just don’t do it. But I’ve been pretty good about it for over 5 weeks now. My hands look and feel great! No burning feeling. I’m going to keep it up. I bought 2 hand moisturizers and one for the feet. It’s amazing. You won’t believe how good it works on the driest of dry hand and dried up callused gnarly feet! It gets your feet back to normal! I was able to wear sandals this past summer!

Mostly in Winter, my fingers tend to literally split, especially the thumbs, to where it looks more like a paper cut or a clean slice from tip to first knuckle. Often, the split will be so deep that it bleeds & can be so painful that even typing on a lap-top is almost impossible. But for several years now, I've used O'Keeffe's & honestly, I'm still amazed. Usually, I apply a bit each night before going to bed & in 3 days, the healing is remarkable. With-in a week, it's as if the splitting never happened. No exaggeration. What I like most is that it's not greasy or oily. I can read a book, turn the pages & there's no residue or oil spots on the pages. Like-wise, I can apply it even before putting on work gloves & there's no greasy feeling inside the gloves.The price might seem a bit high, but so little of the product is needed that a jar this size will last almost a full year even when used in all seasons (which I do). As the instructions say, use a little. It isn't like lotions that make your hands feel soaked. It's not an instant softener. It heals, neatly, cleanly, quickly.I don't usually rave about products, but this one's well worth a good rave. From farm & firewood work to dish-washing or other house-work, O'Keeffe's is the only product I use with perfect satisfaction over the long term.Note though: On first application there might be some stinging, but that goes away in short order so it isn't even an inconvenience. And, as suggested on the label, very little is needed. It's a great bargain in the long run.

I am a nurse so I need a long lasting hand lotion. I read reviews about this and I guess I was expecting more. It does work and is a decent hand cream, but nothing special for me. It works as good as several others I have tried, but this one is pricey for what you get.

This stuff is awesome. My daughter gave me some for Christmas, and I thought it was a strange gift. However it is the only thing I have ever found that actually works to help heal dry cracked skin around my fingernails. I mean it works like magic. Usually it might take 3-4 days for your skin to heal, and this cuts that in half. I just bought some to take to a friend in France who I am sure will love it.

I am 77 years old and had a problem with dry heels. They would get very crusty around the side and back of the heel. This product worked great to repair them and the skin is smooth again. Any O'Keefe product that has Working anything on the label has the same ingredients so naturally I also use Working Hands on my hands. I highly recommend it.

I have used this product before but in a lotion and in a cream form. When I first used this product it was the best and it was the only lotion/ cream that worked because my hands get so dry. The following winter when I bought the same lotion and the same cream, it did not work! At all! My skin was dry, cracked, peeling, bleeding and no matter what form of O’Keefes I used, it was not the same and it did NOT work. I don’t know if they changed the formula, but whatever has happened, not one of their products works for me anymore. I have bought numerous lotions, and creams, trying to find the one that will work. I haven’t found the right product and I am still looking. Looking to find the right product that will work. This isn’t it.

After a witch at work commented on my nails looking rough, I turned to this little hand balm to help and within a matter of days (I’m gonna say around three days), my bleeding and notoriously terrible cuticles had healed.
