I like these because they are quite small and easy to take. It is too soon to comment on the effectiveness but I am hoping for an increase in energy levels. They seem to be quite good value for money.

I recently purchased vitamin B tablets for a very close family member who has been feeling very tired for random reasons and has seen drops in energy. After adding these B vitamins into their daily routine, I have noticed a big boost in their energy levels and always in battle mode.I will add for many who doesn’t know much about vitamin B and why it is vital. vitamin B plays a major role in transferring food into energy and helping the brain function, developing new blood cells. Personally for me it’s really been a suprise. that these B vitamins have had a huge spike on family members health. Not only has my family member been more happy throughout the day, it’s great to see but they have also been more focused and sleep patterns have improved dramatically.

So impressed with this product! I had started bruising really easily, had become tired and just generally lacking in energy and enthusiasm. I searched for something to help with this and came across this product. Absolutely amazed at the difference I've felt since taking these. Small tablets to swallow and only one per day so easy to manage. I feel so much more energetic and getting up is much easier in the morning! I will definitely be ordering more of these! Highly recommend for energy and general well being.

To be honest I havent got a clue if these are good or not but got to believe what's in them and I'm getting the same energy boost and orange urine I get from other brands!! 🤣

Let us be very clear, this is not a high strength Vitamin B complex. It provides only 100% RDA of some of the B's. If you look at most quality B supplements the RDA on the B's can be many 100's% RDA and some can be 1000's% of RDA. This is because if you are depleted of B's it can take a big dose to stack them in body and the liver. Taking this dose will have minimal if any effect if you are severely. This is not a bad product if you are not deficient, but if you need a big boost, you will need a stronger complex. I have marked the product down for claiming its a High Strength product and for its use of some active ingredients which are not the best form of B to use.

All my usual separate Vit pills in one handy little pill. Good price and no after effects etc.
