Doesn't work for a lot of devices and cables, even for charging
I tried this with a bunch of cables and a few devices including my phone, and it only worked with a few combinations. My phone (Galaxy S22) wouldn't charge when using this adapter with some cable/charger combinations. With the very few combinations that did allow it to charge with this adapter, it gave me a warning message saying it was charging very slowly and to check the connection. This did not happen when the adapter was not used.I ended up refunding this item and bought the UGREEN adapter instead, which works perfectly.

WONT WORK IF YOU ARE USING IN CAR
I bought these units in order to have an adaptor from USB-C to USB.I attached this piece to the end of my Apple mag safe charger, when I plugged it in there was no juice. I tested the MagSafe charger by itself and the plug and it worked perfectly fine. This leads me to believe that these units don't work as described. Don't bother Emailing for product support, they never replied to me either.
