Does not have the foam seal.
It's cheap. It fits. It doesn't have the foam seal around the outside like my previous 3M filter. This lack of a foam seal leads me to drop a star. There is enough gap around the outside to leave me concerned that a lot of unfiltered air is also going through the device.
