Q: This works really well but it smells awful! it smells like vomit, i hate to say. is anyone else experiencing that or did i get a counterfeit product?

I just bought O'Keefe's handwash from a different store in Feb 2023 and yes, it has a faint smell of vomit or something sour like it! No idea what caused it but I don't think I will get it again.

Q: I have been reading some reviews and if this product is suppose to be fragrance free how can people in some of these reviews say it smells horrible?

According to my nose, this hand soap is completely fragrance free. I can't detect any scent at all.

Q: How do i get the pump to work at all.? it's not just difficult but i can't get it to go up and down at all!

Send it back if pimp does not work. You will never be happy with it.

Q: Are these foam or gel?

Neither foam or gel. They are creamy.
