(5star) It works for heavy people too
I ordered this for my study table chair and installed it myself after watching a YouTube video. It is very easy to install. It works for heavy people and obese folks too, I used to weigh 134 Kg when I bought it in June 2024 and It was able to bear my weight easily. It says that it can bear weight upto 170 Kg, I am not sure how true that is but I faced no problem at my weight. It is functioning well even now in December 2024 when I am writing this review. Overall I would recommend this chair wheel base. Go for it.

Perfect replacement
This is perfect fit for my old study chair. The product is metal build and very sturdy. My chair originally had weak plastic bottom and wheels which broke easily. I am happy with this purchase. Best in its price category and actually better than some expensive ones!

Broke within 6 months. Not worth it. Extremely poor service.
One of the wheels came off within 6 months. And although the page says 3 years warranty, there is no way to contact them through Amazon. I'm not sure how to connect with the seller to avail the warranty.Update: September 5th 2024I was able to contact the seller through Google. They said they will handle the issue and send me another base, but they keep delaying. It is clear they have no intention of actually sending the product.I will talk to Amazon about it. Since that seems the only possible option now.

When I bought this part I was worried. However, it is a great product.I am writing this review after a few months of use.Assembling the part was easy.The product is sturdy and I use the chair a lot.The paint work is good.All things considered, it is a good product.
