Works the best, good quality, no taste and easy to take.

Not the best in water, but it’s definitely do-able. If I put it in water, I personally need another water bottle that doesn’t have creatine in it to chase the creatine water. But when I put the creatine in lemonade powder and then add water and mix, the creatine absolutely has no taste and it’s literally just a small cup of lemonade. I don’t recommended drinking too much at a time, (two-three scoops) especially on the loading phase, start the loading phase with one and a half or two scoops. If two-three, take them at different times of the day, not all at once or else it might cause you some discomfort. Otherwise great creatine. Great strength from it, I feel and look better in the mirror. It’s lightweight and dissolves pretty well. My performance in the gym is better, and along with a Mike Mentzer split, this is a bunch of bang for my buck. Great pricing.

This is my first time using creatine powder and I was debating between the powder and the pills. I ultimately decided to go w the powder since I needed preworkout and it came in a bundle which was really nice! Overall I've seen muscle and strength improvement so I gave it 4 stars because it is what it advertised plus there are a lot of servings for the price!However, I will say that next time I think I'd rather go with the pill! Nothing was wrong with the powder but for me the powder was not dissolving as well (I had to constantly stir it to have it "disappear") - which I think should be pretty consistent with creatine powders across the board but I'm unable to speak on that. The pills I think would be an easier form to take. Plus it's unflavored but it has a chalky texture to it and it definitely has some kind of taste! I've been mixing it with water and Mio so it covers it a little bit!

Stuff really kicks you up a notch. Muscle mass was noticeable after about 2 or 3 weeks. Arms really filled in. The extra water weight was minimal and during my work outs I noticed I could easily add way more reps to my sets. Flavorless, dissolves easy and fast and mixes well with peotien powders, milk, water, etc. After half the container I'm sold and sticking with it.
