Simple and easy (and kinda fun!) to use
I have been in an all-out war with my BMW to work through some very mysterious performance failures for the past half year. Sparing anyone the lengthy and unsolved tale to date, I'll just say that I have no explanation for why I (or mostly anyone I know) did not have a multimeter prior to last week, when this slim little magic-worked waltzed into my life and solves 70% of the variables I was having to do frustrating and unconfirmable guesswork for months trying to figure out. How silly of me to have gone to such extents as bootlegging BMW's internal, German-language software, decrypting the password, buying (the wrong) cable to be able to communicate said software to the car, returning the wrong cable and buying the right one, buying an OBD2 scanner to try to get into my car's (clearly insane) psyche, then starting over on my older laptop (because why do new laptops not have DISC DRIVES?!?!), bypassing a security lock that had my car bricked for four entire months by then.... all of this while rotating between installing/uninstalling three different batteries of various brands, never being really sure if it were the batteries (and/or alternators, with their built-in voltage regulators these days) keeping any obvious electrical glitches from being located and individually tested. This multimeter CAN obviously perform more sophisticated and complex determinations, as the dial is loaded with units of power measurement that's WAY over my head. For me, I simply googled to find out which unit I needed to measure for an automotive read, and Google knew enough to provide me with some YouTuber who had just such a video already made to answer my simple question, rather than seeing a pic of the setting needing set on the dial (it's the v with little dots over top!) and since I already know the range of results and how to handle the positive and negative ground.Simply power on by turning dial to read v with dots over it and touch the prongs individually to the pos and neg/ground ... instant readout.I love this tool and regret taking so long to fork over the very little money needed to just buy one! What a relief to finally KNOW now each battery's status at any given point in my lengthy adventure with the nightmare car. 🚗

Really nice meter for a low price.
Needed a meter that could measure capacitance to check a AC capacitor. AC tech told me that I should replace cap because it was getting weak. Cost was $400. Thought that was exorbitant. Meter showed that cap was exactly on spec. Didn't get new cap but did get a new AC tech.

Great for budget multimeter
Great meter but it doesn't have all the functions compare to higher end multi meter.

Good performance at a good price
A real value for such a capable meter. Did a Design of Experiments comparing it with a Fluke and found identical performance. Pricing was right, 6000 count, fit, finish, and especially the construction and durability seem good to slightly above average, but time will tell.

Great price point for an entry-level unit
From the description I understood this to be an entry-level unit, which it is. The description gave accurate information on the functionality. This is suitable for my needs and is a great price for the features included.

Great Quality and feel
Simply brilliant - well made - quality workmanship in design and materials - voltage and Amp readings accurate - displays current Temp on screen as a default, and has all the required features of a good auto ranging multimeter with added Apm Clamp ability. Also came with a thermocouple for accurate readings of temperature.

DC solar output
My old meter broke had to buy a new one to check amp draw and output

Accurate. Reliable. Better than some major brands.
I am a professional HVAC tech. I got hired at a company I straight-up did NOT care about. I needed a quick and easy multimeter to do basic things, and so I bought the *cheapest* multimeter that could measure capacitance (this one here). It measures amperage, voltage, and capacitance quickly and accurately. Literally only 4 seconds to get the capacitance for a 70 MFD 440V Capacitor (this is on-par for major brand names that cost hundreds of dollars). This is more accurate than you realistically need for big bulky Alternating Current motors. The *only* reason I don't use this as my daily driver anymore is because my commercial clients in this new company I *actually* care about expect quality brand names seen in the report pictures attached to their invoice, otherwise I would legitimately just use these guys. I LOVE these lil cuties. I have two in my work truck as backups incase my brand name one fails me. I have one at home as my daily driver for all electrical repairs regarding my house. I use multimeters daily and professionally and I guarantee you this is ideal for any situation you will come across. I am serious when I say: the ONLY time you will need to buy a name-brand multimeter when this thing exists is to merely appear more professional in the ignorant eyes of your customers, OR: when ABSOLUTE precision is required for things like milleamp control sensors in delicate instruments as an EIA tech (if you are doing this kind of work professionally then you are either given your tools by your company or if you are an independent contractor, you can afford $1000+ multimeters so why are you looking here?)
