It provides the support my knees need. All brands eventually stretch at the upper end but I add a heavy duty rubber band when this happens and this extends the usefulness. I was told years ago that I need knee surgery but these supports continue to allow me to forgo surgery. I believe surgery should always be the last resort.

The doctor told me that I needed surgery on my knee for a small rip in my meniscus to alleviate the knee pain I was having. I began using this knee support while waiting for the surgery date. Guess what, my knee pain went away. As long as I wear this during the day I have no pain.I don't sleep with it on. So this was three years ago and this is my fourth replacement. I replace it every 10 to 12 months. It will stretch out but you will get close to a year with one. BTW I am a plumber so I am very active during the day, and ZERO pain. I love these. I have athritis and have a lot of pain in my knees. When nothing else helps I put these on and instantly can breath. My knees feel so much better with these. I often take them with me especially when a lot of walking or standing is involved in my daily activities.

This is the Best of all I have reviewed and compared with my friends using similar products. I have reviewed all the comments for this and I still liked this one compared to many other product reviews. You really need to get the correct size so you can enjoy the benefit of it. I am a tennis player and I workout too. I got S/M size and it stays on my knees perfectly thru out my tennis match for 3 hours. I need to adjust it once per hour as It slips down a little bit as I run, bend etc.. and that is natural. Not that easy to wear/remove it but it will provide you the best support. I have one knee damaged but I got it for both my knees to avoid hurting the other knee by wearing the support on only one knee and I strongly recommend this product for both knees.

Super compression sleeve…provides support needed. Only caution is if you need to stabilize your patella - using a brace with a patella ring would be better. That being said, this is a great brace to support your knee when participating in activities!
