Poor Writing
The strength of the book is that it’s written by a Gym Trainer himself.Few nuggets are good & relatable..However, not only the writing is poor, the book is edited poorly with grammatical & spelling mistakes..Unfortunately, we don’t have Gym Training related book at reasonable price. That is what compelled me to explore this booklet..
