Without Subscription - Not Very Useful
Ring should rethink and offer one-time purchase of Basic subscription that lasts lifetime. And then charge for other add-ons.

Works perfectlyI had some issues at the beginning with my home wifi but at the end the issue was sorted and both cameras working perfectly

Held to Ransom
This product is less than useful without the "subscription service" (for life)... you lose video recording and only have "live view"... you are better off with a good security camera setup and recording all videos on your local disk array from your local cameras. Much more cost-effective than Ring - I will probably drop this in the bin.

Items good bit not useable in the UAE
Items good bit doesn't connect to Alexa so unless you buy the extra chime it's pretty pointless for a family as only works on a phone so if that person is out nobody know someone is at the door....

Unreliable
Stopped working after two months, service solution with warranty hard to access.. no clear instructions how to use. Item received just a handful of calls and then stopped working (battery has been replaced - that is not the issue) so item creates more issues then it solves. To have it replaced or fixed means to have it installed again and that is done with an installation fee.

You need. Subscription for it to work properly
This is a great little thing but it needs to be near to the Wi-Fi and to get the full benefit you need a monthly subscription which is a pain.
