Over the years my sleep quality has gradually deteriorated to the point that; after a typical 7 hours broken sleep pattern, I kept waking up in the morning feeling as though I’d never slept at all. After a bit of research I landed on this product so see if it would help in any way. By way of personal background; I’m extremely tolerant to prescribed medication, so I must admit to Bering sceptical about the experience in general. However, I needn’t of been. I took the recommended dose night 1, and for the first time in years, had the deepest sleep. That said, I remained sleepy/ lethargic through to the day and found it hard to work. Second night I only took one, and this is where I’ve settled so far, not upping the dose. Thus far I’ve experienced an unbroken 7 hours solid sleep, and feel energised through the day. It’s early days still, but I feel this is going to help me get back in to a great nighttime sleep pattern. This has totally worked for me so far, and if it continues to, will be life changing.

The capsules are a little large but I had no problems swallowing them. Suggests taking 3 a day. No after taste or flavour at all and it worked to lift my mood within a day. I was impressed with how quickly it started to work for me. A bit more expensive than St John's Wort is the only slightly negative feedback I had. I am glad I tried it though.

Exactly what I needed.

I’ve tested a few nootropics over the years, never really noticed a big impact as such. I’ve got a fairly stressful white collar job as background & in recent months my mental health has been taking a hit. I took these upon my return to work and I felt relatively calm most days, nothing major stand out, it doesn’t smack you in the face with instant difference but over the weeks I felt I handled things better & with clearer head. I ran out and stopped taking over 2 week ago purely because I thought is anything actually working or am I just managing workload/stress better? Well within the last week my stress levels are back to where they were pre sick and I’m struggling again. Is it a coincidence? Possibly.. but for the £20 I’m going to give it another shot and see how I feel over the next month. Product has the correct amount of nootropics & product spec(atleast on paper), KSM-66 & Rosavins 1% etc. Would recommend you trial it for a month, come off for 2-3 weeks and see the difference like me!

I've tried a lot of supplements and I usually stop taking them after a month of use if they don't make a noticeable difference. This was the case for these.

It actually works however it is too strong. It can increase your blood pressure so be carefull. Don't tak it in the evenings or even afternoon as it works after few hours and you cannot sleep then. I only use occasionaly in the mornings when I know I need extra power. Don't take it daily like Vitamin C as it is very specific product for specific needs. Once again it does work and I can really feel it but after 2-3 hours.
