Men's No-Sew EZ-Buttons (movable) - Set of 6

Never again will I have to disfigure a pair of britches to keep them up! From the claw type that do damage every time you clasp/unclasp to the tedious chore of sewing on buttons, and re sewing on buttons., to the use of the kind that are permanently in place once snapped together. I have used this product on denim, nylon/polyester , and most of the newer microfiber material. NOT ONE CAME UNDONE. Suspender placement positions can be crucial to how good they look as a fashion statement to how well they hold them britches up. Different styles of suspenders require different placement and this product gets the job done. I do not recommend them for heavy duty use, tool belts and such.I got 7 just like most other reviewers, I just clip that extra on just in case needed. A quality product.

The best way to attach suspenders is to connect them to a sewn-in button. Until you get around to doing this, or if you'd simply rather not bother, this is a very functional way to connect button-on suspenders to your pants.These "buttons" attach to pants very much like clip-on suspenders and you can locate them anywhere on the waistband. As some have said, it's best to clip them on with the buttons facing out, as otherwise the clip part will be showing outside the pants. The clips are thicker than a sewn-in button and you might feel them dig into your back a little when you sit in a car seat or other form-fitting chair. They seem to hold at least as well as clip-on suspenders, and button suspenders are more stylish, even with an discernible "fake" button in use.

These made the product "CTM Men's Big & Tall Non-Elasticized Button End Work Suspenders, Khaki" into clip-on suspenders, and they seem very easy on the fabric, where as the clip on suspenders I've bought had teeth that damaged my pants, over time. These aren't very loud, in a bathroom stall, so if your coworker is in the next stall you don't have to wonder if they're hearing you make more metallic clanks than an old, rust robot, as you clip those pants to the button-style suspenders or work/industrial suspenders I use them for. Some people say one of them is often defective, and since it comes with an extra one, I gave it a try, but none of mine were defective. I like these so much I'm going to buy a pair for every button suspenders I ever own and never take them out of the suspenders (which prevents losing them, as well).UPDATE: After over a year of use, I've come back to reflect on their durability. I'm a heavy-set guy, so they hold up large amounts of heavy demin fabric and I carry around a heavy steel microphone, massive wallet, keys, and sometimes a bottle of water that would all rip my pants down if not for these buttons and the suspenders mentioned earlier in the review, and they hold up. I had a need to buy a second set of buttons for a second pair of suspenders and these do occasionally break, as the plastic button will pop out of the metal clip it comes attached to, so then I toss that one in the trash and grab another from my first order. I'm down to exactly 6 buttons after a year of breaking about one every two months, so I think they're a great deal. Since my suspenders use four buttons in the front, but hold my pants fine with only three, whenever a button breaks I just move the buttons around so that a non-essential button is the one missing, and I get through the day without a problem. Numerous times the button holding my pants shut broke off during a work day, but you can take these and clip them over the spot on your jeans or dress pants that no longer has a button, and they will perfectly let you button those pants in an emergency, so they really deserve six stars for saving me at least three times when that happened. Furthermore, one of the times it wasn't the button that ripped off the jeans but the fabric itself that developed a tiny hole where the button attached, so I couldn't even sew a new button back on, but these movable buttons easily closed over the hole and I still got through my day. By a set for every pair of suspenders you own, but have an extra set in waiting for when you eventually put a few months of wear into the buttons and one of them dies, and it's really worth the $4 loss every two months for how good these are.One more tip is that if you close these over a few layers of pants and underwear the bulk can make them hard to snap, which can lead to you bending the clip and leaving it closing loosely. It's fine to keep using these when they're loose, but then you need to always make sure they're gripping a thick part of the material. Some of my pants and thicker or thinner, so if the pants are too thin, I try to also clip the undergarment to get a secure hold where it won't slide. If the pants are already thick enough to not slide when clipped, I make sure not to catch anything else in the clip. If there is some think seam where you want to clip these, just don't - move over an inch and your clip will not be bent.

I purchased these on Sunday and I received these on Wednesday night (a day early). I put them on in less than 5 minutes. Based upon the other reviews I was expecting them to fall apart immediately or to pop off my trousers as soon as I sat down. They work exactly as I needed. They hold on to my trousers tightly. The button was a little bigger than I needed for my bracers, but they work! I need a few more packs in order to save my trousers from the clips of suspenders.

Okay product if you want to temporarily try button suspenders; however, some of the clips were not strong enough to hold suspenders in place, and slipped off the pants. I ended up using these clips as temporary placeholders to determine the best position to permanently sew on buttons for my suspenders.

They work surprisingly well and don’t damage the pant material. The button design could be a little more minimal but what can you do🤷🏻‍♂️. Highly recommend for people to lazy to sew their own buttons on their designer dress pants.

Works okay for what it is. The clips hold on pants is not very strong. Works well enough if you really don’t want to add sew on buttons to your pants. Not a great permanent solution

Great product that really does the job. The only con I have is that they are a bit cumbersome to put on. It takes a little while to get them right, but once on they hold suspenders very well and your pants stay whee you put them.
