First set came with a broken speaker. I reached out and was sent a brand new one that worked. This is loud and works great. The lights change colors or dance abd can be solid or off. It looks nice and sounds even better. It would be nice if it was wireless but I still love it. Customer service was great also and it was easy to set up

Definitely worth the money. I got this for my husband man cave and sometimes I regret getting it because it’s so loud lol

When working, it was fantastic and easy to set up.So, I originally bought it almost 2 years ago. Then it suddenly and I mean SUDDENLY, went out. The power was working, but the sound had basically stopped. After several test to find out what happened, I found I would get no sound, but a low white noise or very low sound like a whisper on the loudest volume setting. Then nothing. I tried all settings and sounds options. It was dead, but still abled to be powered on and switch settings but it had 0 effect. SO I contacted them and tried to see if there was a secret factory reset. That took effort, since Im sure English wasnt their first language, but we both tried powering thru it. After I got them to finally accept it was def broken and needing replacement, things started moving quickly. They offered to replace sub to fix the issue. It took $60 being sent by paypal and within 1.5 weeks, I had the replacement. It solved my issue and everything was back to working as it should. Although it was wrapped like it was brand new, there was something that looked like plaster on the feet of the sub and a small 1 in dent on a corner. I thought that was a bit sus, but I tried it out and nothing was a miss. Problem solved. So far so good, but I've only had the replacement for maybe an hr, so I'll find out if I only had bad luck. Hopefully it doesnt die again in under 2 years. Customer service will take care of you out of the return window on Amazon or warrantee. It just cost that part and some time.If it breaks on me again I'll update the review and score to reflect that. 3.5/5 so far. If it never broke, Id say 4.5 to 5.

The media could not be loaded. I love it! I get theater sound without the big price tag! I tried to put the sound in the video but this video does not give it justice y’all it sounds way better than what was recorded! (excuse all the cords I just recently hooked it up before the video lol) Plus I love how I can cut the LED lights on and off which can make karaoke cool and fun! It has regular and bluetooth Mic plug in! 👀 You can also pick between colors on the subwoofer. It was super easy for me to hook up. GET THIS you will be glad you did.

For one thing the base is so loud it drowns everything and you can't turn the ball base volume down enough there's no way that's 1,000 watt amp it's more like our 1200 watch you said it's more like 200 Watts and it doesn't have a DVD CD player that I actually works properly but this doesn't sound right the base over drowns everything you can adjust all the other speakers but you cannot adjust the base low enough and it's such a bum bum and drove my neighbors and say just a few minutes I had it on so and I did return it a couple months ago I'm sending this today which is October 31st 2023 little late but anyway I thought you should know and you did answer one of my questions about my small apartment for one thing you can't hear it good enough the other it's too big the base part of it and without a DVD CD player and with the base not being able to turn it down low enough it just doesn't function properly I didn't like the unit at all. I honestly really enjoy this Home theater, especially for the price. But I am disappointed because the one I got didn’t even work. Probably just a faulty Unit is all, but still. My friend suggested this company to me and I listened to one that he had and it was so impressive. I bought this one and was very excited to set it up, the LEDs on it are amazing too. You don’t see them on any other home theaters and that’s what sold me, but on arrival I was disappointed and I understand With companies that are going to give you affordable good quality sound. You’re going to maybe have issues so that’s why I’m still giving it a five star because when I was able to hear this company‘s sound for their price is really good. One thing I would suggest them to do is even if they make their products about $50 more use that to make the build and components higher quality so you don’t have the issues that I faced and it will take the company a lot further I have faith in this company to make some good products in the future.

Sounds great and seems to work well when using the factory ARC hdmi cable that is only 6' long and mounting it under the tv.Currently I am on the 3rd HDMI cable trying to extend it to hide the head unit & speakers and I have been unable to find one that will work. Also tried an optical cord and sound is poor.Has anyone successfully found a longer arc, earc HDMI cable that will work?I tried contacting customer support and they have been no help at all with this issue. So, if you but it directly next to or under your tv it works great. but if you want to try to hide it, good luck!

Best home theater/ stereo system that I’ve bought. 1200 watt system with 10” sub, thumps damn good. Sounds like you’re in a theater. Very impressive. Customer service is excellent! Had my system for 2 years, kids lost the remote, they sent a new one with no questions, absolutely free of charge. Hard to find good stuff these days for a decent price and good customer service. This is one of them. Recommend over and over
