Nicely dried herb
The bag is a little large and it takes me a while to use it up. I reseal the bag, which is nice, and put the bag in to another resealable baggie and store it in the freezer. which helps to keep it fresh. I use in it in flavoring roasts and mainly in my chex mix for the holidays.
