I came across a video showing someone using the Zep Grout Cleaner and Brightener to clean a bathtub, and I had to try it. Since I live in a rented apartment, I’m always on the lookout for effective deep-cleaning products—and this one really impressed me.I started by using it on the bathroom tile, which had some water marks and buildup. Then I tried it on the faucet, which looked white and dull from heavy water stains (even though it's supposed to be silver). Finally, I used it on the tub itself, which had old marks from baths over time.It definitely took a bit of scrubbing, but the results were worth it. The cleaner lifted a lot of the grime and restored the surfaces much better than I expected. My bathroom looks and feels so much cleaner now.Highly recommend if you're willing to put in a little elbow grease!

I received the package on time. It was well packed to avoid any leaks. I primarily bought this to use on my kitchen and bathroom floors. The Zep grout cleaner and brightener worked wonders. I poured a little on a line of grout and spread to the surrounding area. You kinda have to work at it since it’s not a spray type of bottle. I left the on the floor for about 20 minutes and I didn’t even need to scrub. I just moped my floor with clean water and it looked just like brand new. I couldn’t be any happier with the results.

Amazing product. We moved in a place where the kitchen tile grout was never cleaned before. This product turned it to brand new in 5 seconds.The bottle says wait 2-3 minutes after applying the product. It was not necessary for us. I just sprinkle it on the grout, waited 5 second and wiped it off.The only concern I had is that it may left white residue on dark grout. Ours is light grey so not a problem for us.There is definitely chemical smell but not too bad. Definitely need chemical gloves though.

Cut through grout dirt instantly I used it on my old grout stain in my kitchen and ripped up years of actual built up mold inside the crevices. The only thing I could say is that I wish you had a spray. I just reused standard spray from an old bottle to be able to use it for this one. It doesn’t make sense why they don’t give you spray for it because the expect you dump the liquid, from the bottle itself inside the crevices, but that’s painstaking if you have to do a big massive area.This is the reason I gave it a four out of five. But the product itself is actually way above five quality level. I just wish it came with a spray. Pretty easy to use just dump it in the middle of the crevices. Let it sit there for a couple seconds and it dissolves everything. Works perfectly and worth the money. Before using this, I was actually using bleach which was problematic in cleaning up. Definitely buying more when needed. I have a lot of large to medium kitchen and I still have the bottle left. Good enough for a secondary treatment.

I should have taken a before picture however this is the best for shower tile grout, it looks like it was just done. I have struggled for years with gross grout, now im no lo ger embarrassed and my Grey grout is Grey again!

I clean houses for a living. Oh, stop, I know I live an exciting life! I've used ZEP products for years. I was excited to see this thinking I'd be a wizard of clean grout and my praises would be sung. I was so excited for my new status that I didn't read directions...who does, seriously? I squirted that blessed cleaner of grout into my shower and went to scrubbing. Beautiful, but my grout has been scrubbed within an inch of its life before this purchase. I confidently used it at my clients house. Squirted that stuff up and down this 2 year old shower. (New home) I scrubbed and rinsed and was happy. (Shower was still drip drying.) 2 weeks later...I go back to my clients (new((ish)) home. I cheerfully greet my client and headed to the master bath, my first stop that cleaning day. I open that glass shower door and hiccup/gasp! There are waves of matte tile on each shiny tile. I'd liberally and confidently squirted this cleaner (read acid) on beautiful shiny tile. The waves had drip marks where it had stripped off the finish of the tile. I looked for an easy escape out of the house as I knew I'd clearly big time screwed up! It was hideous and I ran to the homeowner to apologize. Of course she'd wondered what the heck had happened. Gracious angel that she is, told me everything is okay...it's not, but i feel guilty. Everything I've tried to make it better has failed. I'm embarrassed and I know partly my fault (directions are on there for a reason!) Make sure you read those before using it on your beautiful tile. I still haven't read them because as soon as I got home after seeing that shower, I cussed that bottle all the way to the trash! Not the end of the world, 1st world issues, whatever you want to call it, just be more cautious than I was, please!

I bought this because the reviews made it seen to be this great product, unfortunately if u have grout thats been discolored for a while this wil take some serious scrubbing, why cant it sit for a few minutes then use a grout scrubber dor for a few seconds then it be clean? Well thats because ita just a regular cleaner and the real cleaning comes from u scrubbing ur life away, definitely will not purchase again, also if ur grout is more than 2 yrs old it will be a job to get it to work especially if u have not cleaned ur grout in 2 yrs or longerIn the picture u see the top is dark and bottom slightly lighter, my grout is a super light gray almost white so this only helped some and i even scrubbed that area with a hard core scrubber for over 5 mins

This is magic! You can see that the dark grout at the bottom of the picture wasn't cleaned yet and the top was. I also bought a battery operated scrubber but I found that the stiff grout cleaning brushes worked better.
