Vastly safer than any ladder or scaffold

We received the ladder two weeks after I called to cancel it for shipping reasons. It showed up damaged, a fair amount of it to where it isn't safe to use.

We like the quality of these stairs, but somewhere along in the shipping process damage was done to one of the stabilizing legs. We didn't notice it until we had fully assembled the stairs and stood them upright. I am not sure it can be straightened, and this really compromises the stability/safety of the stairs. The seller maybe needs to ship it with more protection as the uppermost stair also has a dent in it, so both ends of the pallet were where the damage occurred.

When ordered was scheduled to be delivered on Mon the 22, they texted me on Tuesday before and scheduled it for Thursday delivery and required to be there for signing delivery, just before the end time of delivery window I get a text saying it will be delivered the next day. Now that means missing work 2 days instead of the known 1 day for delivery. This is unacceptable as I lost wages in excell of the cost of the ladder (expected 1 day of lost wages not 2). I find this unacceptable as they did not provide timely information on the delivery. A $600+ item cost me well over $2000 because of the shipping companies poor serivce.

Solid, well built, get's the job done.

Like the usefulness of the ladder disliked the long shipping time...

Perfect ladder for our warehouse needs!

Great ladder, easy to put together. However, after building it I noticed two incomplete welds on one handrail!! Manufacturer should improve their QC!! Amazon pay attention!!
