Pros: cup is great. Scent is great. Works as well as a number of others that are popular. I broke the top part of the cup by dropping in on the sink counter and glued it together but still bought another puck with cup. Will buy puck again in the future. Hopefully will not drop cup again - need to put knob between fingers.Cons: maybe scent could be stronger but it is just the shaving soap. My medicine cabinet smells great. Can't tell if this is for sensitive skin or if it is my pre-shave, straight edge technique or after-shave that causes some sun burn feel.

First let me address the service. The only way to measure service is by what the company does if something goes wrong. I ordered 2 shaving mugs and pucks, one was broken in the mail.It was immediately replaced, no questions, no need to send a picture just concern and a desire to fix the problem immediately. Thats what you should expect but rarely get.The mug is really cool and substantial. Easy to hold and attractive enough to be a decorating statement. The soap produces a nice thick lather with a subtile plesent aroma. I'm going to try the shaving oil next.

Works well

I’ve used both the Himalaya and Eucalyptus & Wild Mint and I prefer the scent of the latter. Regardless, both generated rich lather and gave me a very smooth shave. Following recommendations from the manufacturer I did not use my pre-shave oil that I needed with other shaving soaps, and I couldn’t tell the difference. My razor glided effortlessly. Highly recommended!

Nice setup but it comes out a little too thin for me.

It's pretty much as advertised. I have enjoyed shaving with the soap. It does provide a smoother shave with de razor. Two passes. Still getting the hang of making lather. This seems easier than previous soap used.

Awesome soap, it provides a wonderful layer of lubrication and it smells great. The shaving cup is top quality and looks great next to my shaving gear.
