I reached out to their customer service to ask some very specific questions regarding case configurations and specs before purchasing, they were extremely helpful and responsive. I have since purchased and set up the computer for home use; so far it is fast, quiet and runs great. I love the size of it, I'm able to place it behind my monitor and free up desk and floor space. I installed my extra 2.5" SSD drive easily and so far it's running great. This computer is a great value for the price, the case is built well and I look forward to running this machine for many years.

This was a really unique product, for the longest I had been wanting a PC but did not have the money for it. After finding out about Mini PCs, I wanted to look for something that worked well with a great price. The KAMRUI Mini PC was an amazing choice. Works perfectly for my home office, super easy to set up small and compact so it doesn't take up much space. Runs Windows incredibly smooth and allows me to stream movies and tv shows. I recommend it!

I was worried that I would fall victim to the saying “you get what you pay for”, however I have been extremely impressed with this mini pc’s performance. Despite its small size and affordable price, this mini PC packs power. It is perfect for everyday tasks such as web browsing, email, word processing, and light gaming.The setup was quick and easy, and I was up and running in no time. The mini PC runs smoothly and quietly, without any lag or freezing. The graphics are crisp and clear, making it great for watching videos or playing casual games.I also appreciate the compact design of the mini PC, as it takes up very little space on my desk. The ports are conveniently located which makes it easy to connect.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this budget friendly mini PC to anyone in need of a reliable and affordable computer.

I use this for my garage shop to run Lightburn for a laser engraver and GRBL / Vectra for a CNC and so far (3 months) has performed well. It's small and light and easily mountable with tape behind the monitor (it did come with a small mounting bracket, but that configuration didn't work for my monitor). Also that bottom half is actually a harddrive expansion that can be removed to reduce it's footprint and slightly improve heat dissipation. Standard Win 11 OS build with minimal bloat installed aside from the normal Windows stuff, and runs fast enough for my needs. The only limit I have found is running Adobe Illustrator for complex designs can get sluggish, but is totally usable for minor design edits on the fly . I knew these limits when I bought it and for $200 it's definitely more capable than I thought it would be. So far it has been a great addition to the shop and capable to do the creative dirty work in a garage without breaking the bank.

Who knew that you could get great mini-computer with 1 TB SS hard drive, 32 GB RAM for under $200. It even has Bluetooth and wifi built in. This works great for me. The one downside is that the video card is pretty low resolution. It works fine for reading email, for browsing the net, even for watching videos, but I would worry that it would not work well as a gaming machine, but that is not an issue for me.

Very nice pc! It has so much space, and it runs so smooth and fast for office productivity. It's great for working from home. I was hoping to do some light streaming which is possible through TikTok's application, but because it doesn't have a designated graphics card it wont allow me to stream to twitch. It also doesn't handler obs topo well at times, when adding game captures. But it is capable of some light gaming just turn down the graphic's for smooth play.

A friend told me what great computers these were, especially for the price so I bought 2 for my office. They were easy to set up and functioned great right from the get-go. After about 6 months one of them started to have some problems. I reached out to their customer service via email and they were great at helping me troubleshoot the difficulties, and ultimately they offered to just replace the entire unit with no fuss at all. The other computer we got from them is still going strong with no issues so I think we just got a random malfunction. I feel confident that you can trust the build on these devices and that their customer service will take great care of you if there is ever a need for aid.

I have waited some time to do a review on this Mini PC. The price made me skeptical. I have been very pleased with the performance and reliability. I do everything I need. All the Microsoft 365 apps, Web Browsing and commerce, e-mail, social media etc.. without any problems. Easily handles dual monitors and has enough USBs to do the job. Overall, very satisfied. For basic needs, why spend many more hundreds?
