I never write reviews, but after the experience i had w/ their customer service I felt like I should. In short, I used the original scent for a couple years now and loved it - made my beard (more like perpetual scruff, I trim it as close as possible once a week) much softer and my wife stopped complaining about it being "pokey" on her face, and she also loved the smell. Well, recently my wife and daughter both noticed/complained that it smelled way stronger, even though I've been using the same original scent (I via subscribe & save)... After seeing another review about the scent changing, I contacted customer service and they confirmed they changed the formula to make it stronger. It still smelled the same, but it was just super strong - too much for my wife & daughter. So, they offered to send me another send to try for free. About a week later I received the other one we picked (The Outlaw), and it's great. Smells good, not too strong, still has great softness. Now I'm s&s'ing to that scent. I'll keep buying this stuff as long as it doesn't change, thanks to the great customer service I received. That goes a long way.

Love the beard oil. Smells great and really moisturizes my beard and skin. Greatly reduced dry skin and itching.

This stuff is a little more expensive than the other oils I've tried, but it smells amazing. Definitely smells like walking into a fancy cigar shop. Or a little like the roasted almond cart you'd smell at the fair. The smell is just enough to be enjoyable and not overwhelming. It's hard to pick a scent you can't try out in person, but I winged it on this one and I'm super happy with what showed up. Would try more of their products in the future.

The package came quickly and packaged well. The scent is amazing.For some reason, compared to other products, there's less oil.For this reason, I'm giving it a 4 star.

Incredible! The package it came in was double packaged with a nice logo on the sencond smaller rapping inside. The product then was in a smaller draw string bag that is pretty sturdy with another nice decal on it. I have tried a lot of beard oils in the past and this one not only smelled the best it felt the best on my beard. The oil was pretty thick but felt smooth on my face and beard and did not leave an overly oily residue as some beard oils do. I had gotten the outlaw with has a really nice vanilla smell to it and noticed that the sent lasted all day on my face. My fiancé even noticed the sweet smell. I’m a big person on smells but if a company can mix an amazing smell with an actual product that works then it’s a win win for me. I went a head and ordered the trial pack just to see how awesome all the other oils smell.

Always great products, and the outlaw scent is my favorite.
