My husband and I were trying for three months when I decided to give these a go. Did read the negative reviews and hands up I was skeptical about trying them.I took the tablets with my main meal and they do make you urine glow yellow a little bit and I did get cramping during the end of my cycle which I guess was implantationl.I finished the pack and my period was 4 days late. I've Just taken a test today and it is positive 3+ weeks plus.I have no idea if these had something to do with it, my husband was also taking the vitamins for men .Highly recommend as you get all that amazing goodnessBaby dust to you all x

I don’t usually write reviews, but thought it would be useful in this instance. I was a bit skeptical purchasing these, like many others… I was almost put off by the negative reviews. However, I stopped taking my pill (Cerelle) on 05/01/24. My periods were always irregular (39 day cycles) whilst being on the pill, so knew calculating my ovulation date would be difficult. I read that taking Pregnacare Conception can help regulate periods and ovulation. So I started taking them on 18/02/24 and had my first ‘proper’ period on 20/02/24, which lasted 4 days. I’ve always taken the pills with a meal, so luckily I’ve never felt nauseous. Yes… they are pretty big pills, but not too difficult to be swallowed. Oh, and I will also confirm that they make your urine resemble a glow stick, but who cares!? Anyway, I’d been feeling quite teary the past few days, sore breasts, heightened sense of smell and stomach twinges etc. I decided to take a test today, even though I’m not due my period for a while yet. Lo and behold, it was positive! Decided to take a further 4x tests from different brands to double check, which were also positive. These were taken on the afternoon with 6 day early detection tests. It’s still early days so I will keep testing until the day my periods due. However, I genuinely believe that conception wouldn’t have happened this fast without these pills. I hope this puts some people’s mind at ease!
