A nice addition to my gym boss but not essential if you are only using it for your own workouts.

It's a lanyard! There isn't much that can go wrong, and not much has. It works quite well and I use it every time I go the gym or go for a run.When I run I wrap the lanyard around my wrist, so I can look at it fairly easily while running

Not as strong I would have expected it to be as the gym boss has a little bit of weight to it and the ribbon seems a little dainty for it. But it does the trick!
