I started taking this vitamin C after getting disappointed in another one. And this one works way better!Have been taking it for three months and haven’t got any cold since September. I’m also taking it for a better iron supplement absorption. And so far so good! My immune system seams to be stronger than ever.Advice: never take it on an empty stomach, only with or after a meal. Just to make sure it doesn’t damage your stomach (especially if like me you intent to take it for a while). And don’t try to chew it!Warning: capsules are 2cm long, and you need to take 2 to get 1000mg. So probably not the best ones for people who cannot swallow big pills.Would defo recommend for those looking to boost their immune system.

Very good product, it made it easier to get optimal amounts of vit. c which I don't always seem to get enough of. No added nasties like sweeteners etc.

Its good but for me to use it to saturation take to much vitamin c and it becomes highly expensive. I would like if you could do a subscription offer or even bigger packs. I have felt that it helped with my energy level and general well being along with niacin.

This is an excellent quality liposomal Vitamin C.It's easier on the stomach than regular Vit C, and the capsules are easy to swallow with water. You really do get what you pay for.

I have used this product for several years. Its expensive! BUT, I have had results that are out standing.Good points:-1) Seems to rapidly help coughs and colds especially if taken in the first 48 hours.2) Most of the time no acid reaction.3) Does seem to absorb really quickly.4) I have personally found this product amazing for helping with abscesses.5) Just feel over all better when I take it.Bad points1) A lot of people have low stomach acid so the idea that liposomes may form is dubious.2) Can at times influence acid not sure why.3) Very rarely might cause fast bowel movement ( I suspect bad bacteria in the guts being moved out though)

I’ve ordered this product in the past from Dr Mercolas actual site. So I know what the quality should be like. This Dr Mercola Vit C from Amazon is not the same! The seal inside the jar was broken and the tablets inside have a plastic smell and taste!

I've been using Dr Mercola's liposomal vitamin C capsules for about 4 years and feel that I benefit from them as they are manufactured to the highest standards like all Dr Mercola's products which I definitely recommend
