Been using this product for nearly a week and saw an improvement pretty much straight away.I suffer with mild ME/CFS and have aches, fatigue and brain fog amongst other symptoms.I surprisingly felt a relief with my brain fog, it started to lift almost immediately. My aches are beginning to reduce also. I can’t wait to see what I feel like in a months time and will update my progress.I’m really pleased and will continue to use alongside Vegepa by the same company.The best thing about this product for me is that I have some issues with detoxing supplements through my liver and this products bypasses the liver and reaches the blood brain barrier what more could I ask for!Well done Igennus you did it again 5 ⭐️ from me!

This is decent value compared to many. All about bioavailability and the longvida is right ip there.

I have been taking this supplement for a year now and it has kept me healthy hale and hearty.

I have been taking one capsule daily, as is advised on label, and am almost to the end of the 30 day supply. I'm happy to be taking only 1 capsule of Longvida Optimised Curcumin vs 4 of another brand. I haven't had any issues with stomach upset. Some of the excipients might be a cause for concern, but in this instance, I've overlooked them. Whether it's helping the inflammation in my joints more efficiently and effectively remains to be confirmed as it's still early days. I will be purchasing further bottles in order to give the product a better chance of having a positive effect. I usually give a new product 6 months to find out if it's working for me hence the title of this review.

Love the brand as use them for vitamin D and B supplements but wow I took these and after two days I was on another planet and not in a good way, couldn’t walk back home. Did some research and found out that large doses of curcumin can affect DHT level which’s had a knock on effect with testosterone. Weirdly also found andrew Huberman mentioning a similar reaction on his podcast. All I’m saying is please be careful as this affected me more than expected.

I purchased this particular 'version' of curcumin after having read many comments on forums and some articles - all of which presented it to be the best (or certainly the most tested and/or researched) 'adaptation' of curcumin, with regard to its absorption into the system. This product certainly works, as both my wife and myself feel a clear and powerful boost after taking just one tablet. Mental processes become clearer throughout the day and the stamina increases so that you can cope with more tasks up until later in the day. Frankly no other plant-based product that I have tried has generated such a consistent and clear effect. This makes this product really special and - I believe - revolutionary.

Too early to tell the efficacy of the product, but disappointed that the bottle did not contain the advertised amount. Will probably purchase a different brand next time. Product not eligible for return.

If you exercise, this supplement will protect you from the sensation of pain post and during exercise. Depending on the intensity of exercise (and thus severity of pain) consume 3-4 capsules 2.5-3 hours before exercise. It take a long time for the effects of curcumin to take effect so dont forget to include this in your planning. A healthy person on normal days is recommended to take 1 capsule with a fat-rich meal as curcumin in fat-soluble and fatty food will therefore significantly increase its absorption. On the down side, it is very expensive!
