I bought these Amino Acids supplements because they're a great value and I medically need them. I'm satisfied.

I love bulk supplements. I have taken this form and also the powder form. The capsule form is easier because the powder form just taste disgusting but The powder form is Worth it if you are trying to save on money. Bulk supplement EAA capsules do work you just have to take The right amount of capsules to equal 5g to 10g to notice that it is doing something for you, but The amount of dosage is all up to you. I usually do 5g before working out sometimes 30 minutes before eating a meal and sometimes without eating and then another 5G after a workout I do not exceed 10g a day and I only take it 4 days out of the 7.

I have been taking these for extra protein and muscle health for three weeks, on an empty stomach early in the morning, and they seem to help with energy and tide me over until breakfast without causing acid reflux.

So sorry I bought not just this but also another product of theirs since I immediately noticed it felt like I was no longer taking multiple aminos as I have for several years due to Lyme Disease sucking up my nutrition. Should have honed in on the label and seen how few aminos are actually in this product. I will never buy it again.

My husband now has been taken amino acid supplements for over a year, as we get older our body need a little help and keeping the protein intake and uptake higher. These are super convenient to take prior to your workout, And do not leave a bitter aftertaste nor regurgitation, nor are they hard to swallow. He loves these as much as he loved his other brand which was out of stock and this is a little cheaper but the same amounts of product. And the quality is what I expected. Would definitely recommend to family and friends as he has already to his friends at the gym who have commented on his physique lately which in turn boosts his pride and confidence.
