Collagen and hyaluronic acid have been studied for their effects on joint health and associated minor aches and pains, and it’s for this reason that I was interested in trying this product. I have been using it for more than a week now. Although, given the high price point, I have been taking only ½ bottle each night (vs. the full bottle). But over that week, I have noticed an improvement overall in my joint health – enough of an improvement that I ordered more of the product. So I am encouraged by its effects so far.In terms of its effects on skin health, I honestly can’t say that I’ve noticed any change in my skin’s appearance in terms of wrinkles, pores, etc. But I also suspect any such changes would be slower to manifest. I will pay more careful attention as I continue to take the product.

I really like a condition of my skin after taking this suplement

I had to google what swallow's nest and pearl coix are. Apparently, the swallow's nest actually is spit from a male swallow bird - this particular species of bird makes it's nest completely out of spit. Hence why it's so expensive. The swallow's nest apparently has a long history in the East and many purported benefits. As well, the pearl coix is an expensive ingredient and is popular in the East.You get 10 glass bottles and take 1 per day, so this averages to around $12.49 a bottle or day at the current price. So it's an expensive supplement. I initially only took a tiny sip and put the rest of the bottle away in the refrigerator for a few hours as when reading up on Swallow's nest I read that occasionally people can have allergic reactions and I wanted to ensure I didn't, since I had never had the supplement before. When I was confident this supplement agreed with me, I took the rest of the bottle.It both smells and tastes not very good. I think that's from the addition of B vitamins, since B vitamins typically smell terrible. I could still manage to take it, though, it wasn't horrible.This makes my skin sooo soft, and I am noticing my skin being less red. I probably won't continue taking this after I finish the 10 bottles due to the price, but if money was no issue absolutely I would continue taking it for the beauty benefits.

I generally really like supplements from Japan.This comes in nice bottles and has all the information you need printed clearly.So I twisted off the cap and took a tiny sip to check.Holy mackerel - I know taste is personal - but this has an unbearably acrid yet honey sweet taste.I tried my best but could not even get a quarter bottle down.So from my personal experience - I guess this depends on one's taste buds but I cannot stand this stuff so cannot recommend.
