careful on sizing
I wear a size 10 mens, and original ordered the medium, way too tight, had to take it off after 15 minutes. Even though it says 9-11. Also keep in mind when running/walking your feet swell, so it can't be too tight. The large so far is good for walking, I haven't used it running yet. I like this style without the heel opening as it provides more support. the drawback is that it can be too tight. I'd say if you wear larger than a mens 10 don't bother with this brace, and get a size larger than it lists

Works as described and fits well. Only problem is that one of the threads on the top band seems to be unfraying and had to cut it off. Hope it does not further unravel!
