Really wanting to to upload some pictures of my best dinner I ever had. But by the time I thought about that just nothing left. This one is very professional. It makes the food very yummy. I used it for sushi for the topping fish it came delicious. The thing I really loved about the torch if that he can stand on your counter. The thing you should know about it you should get separate the gas for it which is not too bad but I'm just writing it down so you will know to get it in the same time when you purchase this torch. I love it and it already returned itself very great investment to your kitchen. Hope you will find my review helpful

Received my torch and started using it last Saturday. It’s amazing. I had two torches before this and they were so difficult to start. Broke a thumbnail on the first that required a twostep start process. The second was supposed to be an auto start, but it only started once in about 10 times. Yours, the JoChef, started the first time with one thumb click, and hasn’t failed me yet! I use it for art projects – acrylic pour painting. I was pleased to receive your recipe book, so now I may try something new – torching some desserts!Thank you for producing a quality product.

Update: was provided a new one and have now used it over and over with no issues! That being said, I use it to light my wood pellets for my smoker and it is easier to use a real butane torch. Not bad though.Original: Mine is leaking as soon as I filled it. Wasted all of the butane that I put in. Sending back. Will try another one and update the review based on the second order.

The torch worked well but has a major design flaw. There is no safety to keep the torch from inadvertently turning on. We are getting rid of this one and have ordered one with a safety. Not sure why they would sell a torch without a safety.

I got this torch quickly. The instructions were easy to follow and I literally used it as soon as I got butane. It filled easily and it started right up. I've used it several times and I love it! It starts when I push the button, it stays on until I move the easy slide button and it fits in my hand. The weightlessness of it makes it easy to use. The flame adjuster is great too. Overall everything works great & I used it several times this afternoon on a project. Would buy from sellers again. Thanks!

Purchased this torch for creme brulee made for a special event. After I filled the torch with lighter fluid, I waited (per the instructions) before lighting it and it worked perfectly. Then it quit. :/ My husband fiddled with it a couple of hours later and it worked again. :) It worked perfectly the night that I needed it to for browning the sugar for the creme brulee. :) Then it quit. :/ My husband just fiddled with it again and now it is working. :/ We are not sure if it is due to some type of safety feature or what, but I find it to be a bit unreliable. I would not purchase again.

I tried using the torch after cooking my steaks Sous Vide style. It literally took 10 - 15 minutes to "sear" each steak. I had the flame on the highest setting, but still had a hard time. I made sure the steak was dry too.

I used this for Easter to finish my 2 hams so they would taste like Honey Baked and that crunchy, sugary crust. It worked wonderfully and was easy to use. I can't wait to try it to finish my steak this weekend. I love that sear that restaurants do with a good steak. I also like that there is a way to light a candle or other things with a special setting. I only used four times in one day, so if I have any issues, I will update, but everyone was thrilled with my Copycat Honey Baked Hams!
