I love this pancake mix! Higher in protein than regular pancake mix which is a bonus. I make mug pancakes with these all the time and they rise amazingly in the microwave! I just put some of the mix in a mug along with water or milk until I get a medium batter consistency and then add some chocolate chips and microwave in 30 second bouts for about 2 mins. The best protein mug cake ever! Highly recommend giving it a try :)

They plump up in the cup and are fun to eat. A great snack that is actually nutritious. It contains Iron, Riboflavin, Thiamin, Niacin, Calcium, Potassium, and Folate. Just don't overdo it if you have high blood pressure, as the sodium content is 610 mg. each cup. Perhaps the makers can find a way to reduce the salt when they make it in the future.

I'm on a high protein diet and this mix is a great way to get protein and not eat meat. I add cinnamon and cloves to the mix for some added flavor and strawberries at the end. My go to breakfast!

Awesome! Great to make small batches or use for camping. We haven’t used in the microwave but everyone has been happy with the turnout in cast iron or propane griddles.

I made a pancake-for-one and the mix reads "just add water."It mixed easily, cooked as expected, and it tasted very good to me.I'm ambivalent about the "protein" claim. In sum, the mix contains"flours, sugars, and leavening" ingredients.I added it to my little pantry for a quick snack for myself and to have on hand when my Granddaughter comes for visits.Will buy again.

Good for athletes. Tastes good and priced right. Also, this is the kind of food to buy from Amazon because it does crush, leak, or deform.

This is the one that I use to make the glaze for my maple bars. On waffles and pancakes it is over the top. 20 seconds in the microwave and I'm eating the best. Waffle in the world
