If you have injuries or just elderly then fast is bad.* In my opinion, it is a perfectly functioning transformer power supply unit and does what it is supposed to do.* May have to zip tie the cords. Longer cords gives you more options should the need arise.

Easy to use

My grandma’s lift chair stopped working, so I tried to get a repairman out to fix it. Well at first I couldn’t find anyone and then when I finally found someone they said it would be $75.00 just to come out and diagnose it. So I decided to save her some money and try to fix it myself. After doing a little research on YouTube I found out that there are really only three possibilities, motor, remote, or the power adapter and cords. I turned her chair over and saw that the cord going from inside the chair to the power transformer was kinked. So I checked Amazon and found this replacement which came with both cords and new transformer. Simply switched it out and problem was solved in under 2 minutes. Really helped us out!! I highly recommend this product! It has been a few months now and still works great. Honestly, the chair would have been easy to fix regardless of which part went bad.
