I absolutely love this straightener. I have always been one to buy the "cheap" ones and not I regret not buying this sooner. It works amazing on the first try.

I have owned T-3 hair dryers and was very happy with them so I purchased this flat iron in September 2024 for $150. Unfortunately it stopped working in less than 4 months! It will not go past the lowest heat setting . I reached out to customer service over a week ago, they told me to submit a warranty claim and I have not heard back. It’s frustrating to spend so much on a hair tool and it not work in such a short time. I regret this purchase and should’ve went with the GHD iron which I previously had and lasted for years! Stay away from this, it’s a piece of junk. I have to spend money purchasing a new flat iron because they are not responsive with correcting this issue and the product is under warranty.

After my chi pulled my hair one too many times, I shopped around for straighteners for like two months reading reviews for my hair type (thin and fine) and whatnot. It was between this T3, the other fancier one, or a GHD platinum+. Ultimately I decided based on cost to go with this one, and I now understand the diehard t3 lovers. This is the best straightener I’ve ever had. It doesn’t pull or break my hair, it heats up nicely, it’s aesthetically pleasing, and I feel like it’s a reasonable price. The controls based on your hair type are whatever - it’s the same as using a lower heat setting on any other hot tool and seems like a marketing gimmick, but over all, it’s a great tool.

The straighters colors are beautiful. However I needed to read the directions twice for how to set the temperature correctly. It seems like once’s it’s set it’s difficult to change again. The straighter is also very heavy compared to even bigger straighters I’ve had. Doesn’t straighten my hair immediately however also doesn’t seem to damage it as much.

Just love this flat iron. Very very nice.
