Super cute and super functional
I love that this one is dishwasher safe, so it's even easier to clean. The number of available steaming options is also a great feature as I can now choose how much froth I want in my coffee. It's retro design fits right in at my home coffee station and looks absolutely adorable.

Excellent frother but sadly the engine overheats after each drink.
At first I was excited about the quality of dense foam it makes, but then I noticed that the engine (bottom part) overheats after each drink it makes. It feels super hot to the touch, and I fear that it might be a safety hazard and also predicts a shorter life span for the product. It's a real pity because otherwise it makes excellent foam and hot drinks.

Lasted 6 months
It lasted 6 months and now will not turn off or heat the milk properly. Takes VERY long to heat, even on the steamed milk setting without frothing (which still froths). Our old frother that was cheaper worked better. Do not buy!

LOVE IT!
I LOVE hot chocolate but hated having to heat my milk up in the microwave and get that nasty film on it and then it not coming off... seriously that could be used as glue!! When this came I was just so excited to use it. I am so happy with it!! I love it!! I use it everyday!! I love that the frother/mixer is magnetic so it's easy to clean! I usually just put some nice hot water in and run a hot chocolate mode to clean it if I don't have a load in the dishwasher. But seriously, this thing is amazing!!!!!!

Love this frother and especially the hot froth.

Can be immersed to clean
We have had several frothers and this one has a huge benefit over all the others where the base is separate from the actual frother reservoir meaning you can immerse it to hand-wash or even place in the dishwasher. It comes with several settings for cold or warm froth. It also comes with an adapter for foam or flat cream/milk whatever liquid you are using. The only con, and its a slight, is takes a little longer to heat up than other models that we have had. However, this is not a huge downside compared to the pros of this product. It is also quieter than other models we have have tried.
