I absolutely love my Echo! The sound quality is incredible—crystal clear and surprisingly powerful for such a compact device. Whether I’m playing music, getting weather updates, or setting timers, it’s so convenient and easy to use.

Good value and works very well. The only alarm that manages to wake me up in the morning thanks to the amazing sound on it

I set this up and it worked fine throughout initial set up. Then while I was selecting options in the settings menu it wasn't registering. It was behaving very glitchy all round. In the end I pulled the plug and re booted it. It resolved the issue. However there have been 3 times where I have had to do this while making changes t settings such as clock, home and photo. Customer service did reach out and offered to speak directly with e to help but as it wasn't a lack of knowledge on how to set it up or make changes I didn't take them up on their kind offer. Now that it is all set up and left alone it is fine.I wish I had gone for a bigger size as my photo album displayed on it doesn't fill the whole screen. Portrait orientated photos are even smaller. So the ratio of your photos and orientation matter. I tried the auto crop, crop all and do not crop settings and all setting the photos don't fit the screen.The clock choices are good and I like the landscape images. These do fit the whole screen. So it makes it even more of a shame that my photo don't.The sound is good and equals my dot. I can't tell if the bass is more though. Obviously you can increase how much bass in the equaliser. What I mean is compared to my old echo dot. I wouldn't say it sounds much, if any different.I used the alexa app on my phone to live view the camera. There is a slight slowness to the movements of the person the camera detects. However, it is good to have the ability to check on pets at home while at or children.The length of time between photo changes are good but I would have liked a better transition between them. Instead the screen go's blank/black and then loads the next.I found I didn't need to have it on very bright and urned off adaptive brightness.

Works fine and has more features than the older versions. Easy to connect to network. Getting expensive

This is actually a little bit smaller than my previous Echo ( although the screen is the same size). It’s the outside that is less bulky. I noticed immediately how much better the sound is and how sharper the pictures are. I also think it’s value for money. Being less bulky it actually looks quite sleek . Alexa seems to respond more quickly. So all in all, I am very impressed with this model.

Awful, tacky product. Not just was it bad, it was truly offensive. I’ve never returned a product quickly enough.This is a billboard for your bedroom, showing nothing but adverts and features. All I wanted was a bedside clock. I tried to turn it off as suggested in the “Home Content” setting which was greyed out. Spoke to customer service and said this is a known issue and are working to fix. Just the idea that Amazon could control what / what is not shown on the screen was unacceptable to me. These should be off by default and if people want to add it then let them. What’s to say this “feature” that allows adverts to be turned off won’t keep breaking in the future?Then upon a few Google searches, I realised that even if you turn those off, Amazon constantly add new “Home Content” slides which you need to turn off. Someone described it as a “whackamole”. You turn one off, another appears.What’s more is that there are “Sponsored” pages that show up, which are adverts. Google searches again told me that you can’t turn these off, unless you change your languages.Awful. Have been truly put off from buying Amazon devices again.
